Our cookies are predominately made with flour, butter, sugar, egg, vanilla bean, baking powder, corn syrup & citric acid. Each cookie is freshly baked and specifically customized to cater to each client individually.  *Gluten-Free options substitute  white bleached flour for gluten-free flour*

The most commonly used cake ingredients include flour, sugar, eggs, butter or oil or margarine, a liquid, and a leavening agent, such as baking soda or baking powder.

 Baked fresh using our main ingredients such as flour, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, corn starch, water, vegetable oil, icing sugar. Each cake batch is made differently using and substituting other main ingredients to make it especially for you.

Freshly made, concealed and ready to dip in fine chocolate. Each one is dipped individually to get a perfectly smooth covered treat. You can add additional toppings such as, sprinkles, fondant shapes & molds. 

Using the famous merckens chocolate. sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel and cottonseed oils, nonfat dry milk, cocoa processed with alkali, cocoa, glyceryl lacto esters of fatty acids, soy lecithin added as an emulsifier, and salt

Chocolate used is mercken chocolate melts and colored with food gel paste. Frosted filled cookies are used and then dipped into the chocolate. This sweet treat can be customized in any color to fit your theme.
